Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to GTM Easy, a software service operated by [COMPANY]. GTM Easy provides a growth console for discovering relevant leads, drafting outreach, scheduling social posts, and collecting growth analytics SDK events.

By creating an account, signing in with email OTP, using the app, connecting a social account, installing an SDK, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the workspace or organization you represent.

You are responsible for the email address, authentication method, workspace users, connected accounts, API keys, SDK keys, and content associated with your account. You must provide accurate information and keep access limited to authorized users.

GTM Easy may send login codes, security notices, billing messages, product notices, and other transactional emails needed to operate the service.

You may not use GTM Easy to send spam, scrape or target people unlawfully, impersonate others, violate platform rules, bypass rate limits, abuse APIs, upload malicious code, or infringe third-party rights.

The Reddit and social scheduling features are designed for reviewed, human-approved outreach. You may not use GTM Easy for automated mass-posting, deceptive self-promotion, unsolicited direct messages, or campaigns that ignore community rules or required affiliation disclosures.

You are responsible for all workspace content, social posts, SDK events, prompts, generated drafts, and decisions to publish or act on generated output.

GTM Easy may use AI systems to classify leads, score relevance, summarize context, and draft copy. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific community or channel.

You must review and edit generated output before using it. GTM Easy does not guarantee that a lead, reply, campaign, social post, or recommendation will produce revenue, ranking, engagement, or platform approval.

If you install a GTM Easy SDK or call GTM Easy APIs, you are responsible for disclosing that data collection to your users, obtaining any required consents, and sending only data that you have the right to process.

You may not share secret keys publicly, attempt to exceed your plan limits, interfere with service infrastructure, or use the API to build a competing service without written permission.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, features, billing intervals, and taxes are shown before checkout and may vary by plan or billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew yearly. You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Plan downgrades, cancellations, failed payments, chargebacks, or suspected abuse may limit access to paid features. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case unless required by law.

GTM Easy integrates with services such as Stripe, Reddit, social platforms, email providers, analytics, feature flagging, error monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any social network, app store, marketplace, API, community, or advertising channel where you use GTM Easy output.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, create security risk, abuse the service, or use GTM Easy in a way that could harm users, platforms, or infrastructure.

You may stop using GTM Easy at any time. Some data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy, for security, billing, legal, backup, or operational reasons.

GTM Easy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY] disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

We do not warrant that any lead, scan, score, draft, social post, analytics event, integration, or recommendation will be accurate, lawful for your use case, deliverable, or accepted by a third-party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, platform bans, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY]'s total liability for all claims relating to GTM Easy will not exceed the amount you paid to GTM Easy in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the product or on this page. Continued use of GTM Easy after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
